Join the World of Dance

Our Dance Studio offers a large variety of dance classes for all skill levels. Our experienced instructors are passionate about helping each dancer achieve their highest potential, while also having as much fun as possible. Have a look at our class schedule below to find the one that best fits your needs.

Acro

Acro is a combination of flexibility, strength and gymnastics. We incorporate all these elements in dance styles and choreography.

Ballet

Ballet is the foundation of all dance forms. Classes begin at the barre where students perform movement sequence to develop strength, coordination, center, balance, control and alignment. These skills are reinforced through center and across the floor combinations and variations.

Ballroom

Ballroom is a set of partner dances which are enjoyed both socially and competitively around the world. The different styles include: foxtrot, waltz, tango, quick-step, swing, cha cha, mambo, rumba, samba and paso doble.

Contemporary

Contemporary is a dance form that combines elements of several dance genres including modern, jazz, lyrical and ballet. The goal is to connect the body and mind through duos dance movements.

Hip Hop

Hip hop is a combination of different techniques such as popping, locking and house elements. Mixing funk and street dance styles to create freestyle movements.

Jazz

Jazz is an energetic dance form that honors the American tradition of jazz music as well as contemporary popular culture. The class is introduced with floor stretches, a standing up warm up, work on balance, turns and combinations. Our teachers and choreographers bring their own vision and flavor to every class.

Lyrical

Lyrical utilizes the basic foundation of ballet. Dancers interpret the lyrics of the music  through their movement, expression and  emotion.

Pointe

Pointe is an advance ballet form made available to all dancers who have achieved the proper strength in ballet.  Dancers will concentrate on the transference of ballet steps from demi-pointe to pointe.

Strength and Conditioning

Is a regime that gives dancers the opportunity to strengthen their bodies to complement their technical and stylistic dance training, physical endurance, flexibility, coordination and prevent injuries.
Conditioning typically includes:
Cardiovascular exercises
Flexibility exercises
Strength exercises
Core/abdominal work
Arm/back/leg work

Stretch/Jump/Turns

SJT (Stretch/Jump/Turns) this class is designed to assist the students with their flexibility, leaps and turns all while concentrating on proper technique for class and training.
